Dents, scratches and bumper damage
If one area is damaged, start with what you can see. Tell the shop if a dent also scratched the paint, or if the bumper is involved. Augie’s lists dented-panel, bumper and body repair. You don't need to decide which repair applies before reaching out.
When one damaged panel is part of a bigger project
The mark you want fixed may be only part of what you want to change. If you are also considering a full repaint, custom color, wrap or body kit, mention that alongside the damaged area. Augie’s lists these paint and appearance services.
That changes the conversation from fixing one visible mark to discussing the finish you want for the car as a whole.
Start your estimate with the damage you can see
Choose the work you are asking about and share your name and phone number. You can add a description and photos, but neither is required. A whole-vehicle photo and a close-up can help show which panel is affected and how much damage is visible.
Photos start the conversation. The vehicle still needs to be seen before the work and final estimate can be settled.
